Our special beef tongue is carefully seasoned one by one from a delicious Australian beef tenderloin,
Aged for several days, it is grilled over charcoal and served.
We also offer this special beef tongue as a course!
The "Kichiji A Course 3,200 yen (tax included)" includes cold yakko with "Yamagata no dashi" on top, Sendai miso cream cheese, and others,
The cold boiled noodles, charbroiled beef tongue, and beef tongue stew are some of the best items you can't miss,
The beef tongue stewed rice is a perfect way to finish off the meal.
We also offer "Yoshitsugu B Course" for 3,700 yen (tax included), which is "Yoshitsugu A Course" plus "Beef Tongue Tataki",
Please use it for year-end parties, New Year's parties, and other occasions.

Our restaurant is open from 11:00 a.m., so you can enjoy beef tongue even during lunch time.
Lunch A 1,100 yen (tax included)" is a great value,
The set includes two pieces of grilled beef tongue and a rich and delicious beef tongue mini stew!
Of course, it comes with barley rice and a mini salad for a well-balanced meal.
Lunch B 1,900 yen (tax included) is a bit more luxurious,
